As a Security Professional - Financial Site - Afternoon Shift in Greenwood Village, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing a welcoming presence while helping to deter security-related incidents. You will utilize your customer service skills to assist individuals and address inquiries, all while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. This role requires comfort with technology, as you may use computers or tablets and interact with alarm panels and access control systems. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and/or clients at the front desk, providing a professional and courteous presence.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required by site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and/or incident reports as required.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site representatives regarding security-related concerns or unusual activity.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by site-specific protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior through attentive observation and adherence to security-related procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
