As a Security Professional - CRE Front Desk in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and staff. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests with professionalism, verifying credentials, and providing clear directions and information. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence and responding promptly to inquiries or concerns. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and a commitment to creating a welcoming environment. What You’ll Do:

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and employees in a professional manner while monitoring access to the location.
  • Assist with visitor management procedures, including verifying identification and issuing visitor badges as required by site-specific policies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Monitor security-related systems such as cameras and access control panels to help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious activity.
  • Communicate with building management and/or emergency services as needed during incidents or emergencies.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences at the front desk.
  • Provide customer service to clients and guests by addressing inquiries and offering assistance as needed, while upholding Allied Universal standards.
  • Follow all site-specific policies and procedures related to security-related operations and emergency response activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
