Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, conducting routine patrols throughout the location, and remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with visitors in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance as needed while upholding security-related procedures specific to the location.
• Screen individuals entering the location by verifying credentials, inspecting bags, and/or using screening equipment as required by site-specific policies.
• Monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity or persons to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and site representatives regarding incidents, concerns, or unusual observations.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of visitor activity, incidents, and other security-related events as required by the site.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, assisting with evacuations or other procedures according to site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
