Now Hiring: Part-Time Security Officers in Fulton, responsible for manning a truck gate and performing both security and administrative tasks.

$15.81 / Hour – Weekly Pay

Shift:

• Saturday – Monday 1400 – 2200
• Friday – Monday 2200 - 0600

Duties:

• Working in close proximity to loud noises such as truck engines and air brakes.
• Operating in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.).
• Receiving and entering information from paperwork provided by truck drivers.
• Inspecting trailer seals to ensure they are intact and show no signs of tampering.
• Conducting inspections of empty trailers leaving the facility.
• Monitoring CCTV surveillance systems.
• Greeting and verifying facility employees at the employee entrance.
• Welcoming and directing guests and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

Preferred Skills: Prior security experience preferred but not required.

Requirements:

• Computer literacy
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to walk or stand for moderate periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather.
• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist as needed.
• Strong attention to detail.

As a Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
