As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, patients, and staff, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing clear directions and assistance to all who enter the facility. You will help to deter security-related incidents through your attentive presence and strong communication skills, while delivering exceptional customer service. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a healthcare location.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification and/or visitor credentials, and assist with visitor management processes.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site procedures.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, including communicating with staff and first responders as needed.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff by addressing inquiries and providing information related to site access and security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
