We are hiring a professional Lobby Guard to provide security services at a downtown Chicago commercial building. This role is ideal for individuals with 3+ years of security experience and a strong customer service background, especially in professional and front-facing settings.
Compensation: USD $19.00 / Hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 AM
Days: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Monitor lobby activity and control building access
Greet and assist tenants, guests, and vendors professionally
Maintain a visible security presence at the front desk
Handle incidents and complete reports promptly and accurately
Maintain high standards of appearance and conduct
2+ years of security experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Must present a professional demeanor and appearance
Ability to remain alert, courteous, and responsive during overnight hours
Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods
