As a Security Marshall - Manucturing Facility in Redford, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto and more .

As a Fire Marshall with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure environment at an automotive location. Your responsibilities will include inspection and maitenance of fire suppression systems, conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. You will also be responsible for monitoring access points, assisting with badge and access control, and responding to alarm panels as needed. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you may be required to drive as part of your patrol duties. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access and/or directions as needed while maintaining security-related protocols.
• Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Lifting up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Previous experience with Fire Suppression systems or Fire I and II certification
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only, in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
