As a Security Officer - Dispatch Patrol in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring alarm panels, coordinating communications, and dispatching responses to security-related incidents. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine checks, remaining highly visible to help to deter unwanted activity, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. This position requires a professional who can remain calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and respond quickly to evolving situations. As this is a driving post, a valid driver's license in the job state is required. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage incoming calls, alarms, and/or emergency notifications from various locations within the financial institution environment.
• Dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate response activities according to site-specific protocols and procedures.
• Document and report incidents, suspicious activities, and/or unusual occurrences in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate with on-site personnel, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders as needed to support incident resolution.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and/or clients with security-related inquiries and access requests.
• Follow established procedures for handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality in all communications.
• Assist in maintaining logs, records, and/or databases related to dispatch activities and incident reports.
• Support Allied Universal management and site leadership by relaying critical information and updates as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
