As a Security Officer - Dispatch Patrols in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring alarm panels, coordinating responses, and communicating with on-site personnel. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. This position requires a valid driver's license in the job state, as you may be required to operate a vehicle as part of your duties. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage incoming calls, alarms, and/or emergency notifications from various locations within the financial institution environment.
• Dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate response activities according to site-specific protocols and procedures.
• Document and report incidents, suspicious activities, and/or unusual occurrences in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate with on-site personnel, law enforcement, and/or emergency responders as needed to support incident resolution.
• Assist in maintaining logs and records of all dispatch activities and communications.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients, visitors, and/or employees with security-related concerns.
• Support Allied Universal in carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
