As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing a welcoming and professional presence. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and assisting with inquiries to help create a secure and comfortable environment. You will remain stationed at the front desk, using your customer service skills and comfort with technology to support residents and visitors. By maintaining a visible presence and responding promptly to security-related concerns, you will help to deter incidents and contribute to a positive community atmosphere. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the residential location, verifying identification and/or credentials as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences.
• Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and property management to address inquiries and/or concerns.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, coordinating with local authorities and Allied Universal management as needed.
• Support a welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior at the front desk area.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
