As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading chemical and petrochemical location, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations by monitoring activity, coordinating responses, and communicating with on-site teams. Your responsibilities will include using technology to track incidents, dispatching personnel as needed, and maintaining detailed records to help to deter incidents and promote a secure environment. This position requires driving as part of your duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Operate dispatch systems to monitor and coordinate security-related activities throughout the chemical and petrochemical location.
• Receive, document, and relay information regarding incidents, emergencies, and routine communications to appropriate personnel.
• Provide customer service by following site-specific policies and procedures, and responding to inquiries from staff and visitors.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all communications, incidents, and dispatch activities.
• Communicate with on-site security-related personnel to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Support emergency response activities by coordinating with internal teams and external agencies as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
