As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will play a vital role in helping to maintain a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with individuals on site, and assist with any security-related needs. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general information while maintaining a professional presence.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to support a secure environment for patients, visitors, and employees.
• Complete required reports and documentation related to security-related activities and incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
