As a Unarmed Security Professional - Access Control in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As a Security Professional with Allied Universal at a prominent retail location, you will play a key role in access control, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the premises to maintain a visible presence. You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service, respond promptly to inquiries, and communicate clearly with both guests and team members. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment within the retail location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail space and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Collaborate with store management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support a positive experience for customers and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
