As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and employees entering the location. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing a welcoming presence while helping to deter security-related incidents. This is an armed post, requiring you to maintain a high level of professionalism and readiness at all times. You will utilize your customer service skills to assist guests and staff, respond to inquiries, and communicate important information as needed. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
• Monitor access to the premises by verifying identification and/or credentials of employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site procedures.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, including communicating with Allied Universal management and local authorities when necessary.
• Support a welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity at the front desk area.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with all individuals entering or exiting the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License; if not currently held, this is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
