We are hiring a Full-time Security Shift Supervisor for Wells Fargo CPG at 800 S Jordan Creek Pkwy in West Des Moines, IA.
Job Details:
• Pay Rate: $25.00 / hour
• Schedule: Overnight Shift Available / 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
• Duties: You will maintain the facility's security by checking in visitors, vendors, and contractors. This includes issuing access badges, performing regular foot / mobile patrols throughout the facility, and monitoring camera and alarm systems. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and security.
• Experience: Must have 2+ years of security experience, or Military or Law Enforcement Experience. (no exceptions)
• Skills: Excellent Computer Skills, and must have a valid driver's license.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, stand for long periods, and work in weather elements.

The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, the Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Driving Positions: must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
