Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate communications for security-related incidents and activities within the financial institution location.
• Dispatch security personnel to respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all calls, incidents, and dispatch activities.
• Provide customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff.
• Assist in implementing site-specific policies and procedures related to security-related operations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Support Allied Universal team members by relaying information and coordinating responses during emergency and/or routine situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
