As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants at a dynamic location. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing a welcoming presence while maintaining a high standard of customer service. You will help to deter security-related incidents by remaining attentive and approachable, responding promptly to inquiries, and communicating clearly with all individuals entering the premises. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.
• Support a welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
