As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by conducting regular patrols and remaining highly visible throughout the premises. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind to employees and visitors alike. This position requires driving as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. You will also be expected to deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with all individuals on site, and respond promptly to any security-related concerns. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or activity within the food and beverage production environment.
• Observe and report any unusual conditions, hazards, or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control procedures for employees, visitors, and vendors as required by site-specific policies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as directed by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for positions that involve driving, in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
