As a member of the Allied Universal team in a logistics and distribution location, you will play a key role in access control, helping to deter unauthorized entry and supporting loss prevention efforts. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, and remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with employees, visitors, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles at the logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
