As a Security Professional - Screener - Unarmed Patrol in New Braunfels, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a SCREENER in the dynamic Tech, Media, and Telecom location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a welcoming environment, as you interact with employees, visitors, and guests, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout your shift, helping to create a sense of comfort and order. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Screen individuals entering the premises to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activity or potential threats to the appropriate personnel.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, employees, and management as part of daily operations.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
