As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent hotel and resort location, you will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for guests, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter potential security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with hotel staff, guests, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Document incidents and observations according to site and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
