As a Security Professional Bike Patrol in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling retail and mall location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols throughout the property. Your presence and attentiveness will help create a welcoming environment for visitors and tenants alike. You will interact with the public, provide exceptional customer service, and respond to various situations with professionalism and care. This position may require you to ride a bike for extended periods, so being comfortable with this activity is preferred. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible presence.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents or concerns.
• Support emergency response efforts and follow established protocols for the retail environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be able to ride a bike.
• The ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
