As a Security Professional - CRE Patrol Team in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the property. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, interacting with tenants and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. By being approachable and attentive, you will help to create a welcoming environment while addressing any security-related concerns that may arise. This position requires you to meet Allied Universal's driver policy requirements, as it is a driving post. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
