In this unarmed patrol position, you will conduct regular patrols throughout the property, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind to residents and guests. This role requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for driving while on patrol. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to residents and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential community and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards to help to deter unwanted incidents.
• Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and staff to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.
• Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal management and the client site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
