As a Security Officer - Museum Patrol in MILLBRAE, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Cultural Institutions and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent cultural institution, you will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for visitors, staff, and property. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the location, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control and visitor management as required by site-specific guidelines.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff during special events or high-traffic periods at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
