You will remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service, assisting individuals with professionalism and clear communication. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and delivery personnel to support a secure and orderly environment.
• Assist with implementing and following procedures for the movement of goods and vehicles within the logistics and distribution location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
