Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all personnel and visitors. You will be instrumental in upholding a secure environment by verifying credentials, monitoring entry and exit points, and responding promptly to any security-related concerns. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document and report any suspicious activity, security-related incidents, or policy violations to Allied Universal management and client representatives.
• Assist with emergency response protocols as directed by site-specific guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and vendors to support a secure environment at the food and beverage production location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for positions that involve driving, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
