As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. You will help to deter security-related incidents by remaining attentive and approachable, responding promptly to inquiries, and assisting with access control procedures. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk, providing a professional and welcoming presence.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required by site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and any security-related incidents.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and site contacts regarding security-related matters and concerns.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, following protocols specific to financial institution environments.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions or information as appropriate.

• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• A valid driver's license in the job state is required for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
