As a Security Professional - Logistics Site Patrol in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout the facility. Your presence and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and partners. You will interact with individuals on site, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while remaining visible throughout your assigned areas. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor for any unusual activity or potential hazards during patrols and report findings to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by observing entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Support the overall security-related operations of the logistics and distribution location by maintaining a visible presence and providing assistance to staff and visitors as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid driver's license in the job state is preferred for primarily driving posts.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
