Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare location and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the healthcare environment.
• Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general information as needed.
• Support access control procedures to help maintain a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
