As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within manufacturing, industrial, and commercial real estate locations. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. You will be a vital point of contact, responding to situations as they arise and communicating clearly with both clients and team members. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing, industrial, and commercial real estate locations and their perimeters. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats to property and personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
