In this unarmed patrol position, you will conduct regular patrols throughout the campus, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind to students, faculty, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, responding to incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service through clear communication and a helpful attitude. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to individuals on the education campus by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the educational environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the campus buildings and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for any unusual conditions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations during patrols.
• Communicate professionally with students, staff, and visitors, offering assistance and information as appropriate.
• Collaborate with campus personnel and local authorities as required to address security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
