As a Security Professional - Commercial Site - Multiple Shifts in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter potential security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. You will be the first point of contact for those in need of assistance, using your strong communication skills to address concerns and provide guidance. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards to help to deter unwanted incidents.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors as needed.
• Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry points to help to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
