As a Security Professional - CRE Patrols Full-Time in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the property. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, responding to alarms, and assisting tenants and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. You will also utilize computer or tablet systems for reporting and access control, making use of your customer service skills to create a welcoming environment. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide reassurance to occupants and visitors.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
