As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a leading automotive location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. You will be the first point of contact for those on site, responding to inquiries and assisting with any security-related concerns. This position requires a valid driver's license in the job state, as you may be required to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the auto facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management.
• Document incidents and maintain detailed logs as required by site policies.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as directed by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license in the job state is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
