As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within an aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout assigned areas, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all personnel and visitors. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally, respond promptly to any security-related concerns, and document your activities using a computer or tablet. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the aerospace and defense location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats within the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members.
• Document incidents and maintain accurate records as required by site policies.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry points to help to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
