As a Security Professional - Armed Patrol - Morning Shift in Boerne, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment within a financial institution location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to provide a reassuring presence, and responding promptly to any security-related concerns. You will interact with employees, visitors, and clients, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
• Work closely with site management and law enforcement as required, following all protocols for armed personnel.
• Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift.
• Remain alert to potential security-related risks specific to financial institution locations and respond according to Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid Armed Guard Card or License as required by state and/or local regulations.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
