As a Cleared Armed Security Officer - DOD in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

Pay Rate: $24.60 / Hour - Secret 

                 $29.72 / Hour - Top Secret after Vetting 

                  $39.75 / Hour - Yankee White after Vetting 

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report findings according to site protocols.
• Assist with access control and verify identification of individuals entering restricted areas.
• Work closely with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to address security-related concerns.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations during each shift.

• A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Applicants must possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas roles.
• Applicants must have an active Department of Defense Clearance.
• An active Texas Armed Guard Card or License is required. 
• A valid driver’s license is required and applicants must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
