Job Description


As a Security Professional - Dispatch Patrol in Tucson, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As a Dispatch Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves coordinating responses, managing access control, and communicating with team members to support a secure environment. You will also provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to all personnel. What You’ll Do:

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Operate as a dispatcher, monitoring and coordinating security-related communications and activities within the aerospace and defense location.
  • Receive and relay information regarding incidents, emergencies, and routine matters to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed logs and records of all calls, incidents, and communications as required by site-specific policies.
  • Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with inquiries and access procedures according to established protocols.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures.
  • Communicate with on-site security-related personnel to help to deter unauthorized activities and support overall site operations.
  • Follow all site-specific policies and procedures to support the security-related needs of the location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
  • Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
