As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor the premises of a tech, media, or telecom location for any unusual activity and report findings as required.
• Assist visitors and employees with directions and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document observations and incidents according to site protocols.
• Work collaboratively with site staff and other team members to address security-related needs specific to a tech, media, or telecom environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
