Job Description

Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Security Service Coordinator in Cupertino, CA.

 

Pay Rate: $30.00/ per hr

 

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (1400 - 2245)

Job Title: Security Service Coordinator
As a Security Service Coordinator for Global Security, you coordinate the elements of a response for a global team of security technicians that ensure access control and security systems are maintained and serviced in a timely and efficient manner. You will work with clients, technicians, and other key stakeholders, processing service requests in a professional, detailed and expedient manner. Employee may be required to work shifts outside regular business hours. This role is 100% on site in Cupertino, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the schedule for a team of technicians located worldwide.
  • Respond to service requests from clients and schedule service appointments for technicians.
  • Monitor progress of service appointments, ensuring service tickets are completed on time.
  • Communicate via email and by phone with clients and technicians to provide updates on service appointments and resolve any issues.
  • Ensure service tickets are accurately documented in the company's service management system
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure that their inquiries are handled in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work with other departments to resolve issues that may arise during service appointments.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of security products and services offered by the company.
  • Navigate and adapt to change quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment, while staying productive and focused.
  • Manage time, prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and manage multiple deadlines
  • Communicate effectively, listen actively, and provide feedback.

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma required; some college preferred.
  • Must complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certifications; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted.
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Analyze information, utilize good judgment to develop solutions and convey them to the team
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines within a short amount of time
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to accept constructive criticism, bounce back from setbacks, stay calm, focused, and positive in stressful times
  • Familiarity with service management software and iOS applications preferred.
  • Familiarity with Lenel Access Control System, Milestone video management and FileMaker is preferred
  • Familiarity with security technology and services is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional decorum.
