As a Security Professional - Armed - Financial Front Desk in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Front Desk Security Officer at a financial institution, you will be stationed at the main entrance, greeting visitors and assisting with access control. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. This is an armed post, requiring you to maintain a professional demeanor and respond promptly to any security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and employees at the front desk, providing a welcoming presence and following security-related procedures specific to the location.
• Monitor access to the premises, verifying identification and credentials as required by site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Communicate with management and emergency services when appropriate, relaying important information as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor and employee entry and exit, as well as any security-related incidents or unusual activity.
• Support the implementation of security-related procedures and help to deter unauthorized access within the financial institution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Texas Armed Security Professional License.
• Must have an Armed Guard Card or License.
• Must have an Armed Designation for security-related roles.
• Must be licensed to carry an armed sidearm as required by state or local regulations.
• Texas Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
