As a Security Professional - Media Patrol in Ridgefield Park, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer in a tech-focused location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves conducting routine patrols and providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. You will contribute to a positive environment by working collaboratively with your team and upholding the highest standards of integrity and reliability.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and observing for any unusual conditions. Working environments and conditions may vary by location within the tech, media, or telecom sector.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with AU Driver Policy Requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• New Jersey Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
