As a Security Officer - Concierge Patrol in San Carlos, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Front Desk Security Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will be responsible for monitoring entry points, greeting visitors, and assisting tenants with security-related inquiries. Your presence at the front desk helps to deter incidents and promotes a welcoming atmosphere. You will provide exceptional customer service, maintain clear communication, and support a culture that values teamwork, reliability, and integrity. This role is ideal for individuals who are agile and people-focused, committed to delivering a positive experience for everyone entering the building.

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and managing visitor logs as required.
• Communicate with building management and other personnel regarding security-related matters and visitor inquiries.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following site-specific guidelines.
• Maintain a professional presence at the front desk, helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting a welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• California Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
