As a Security Officer - Cleared Armed in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As a Patrol Armed Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents. This is an armed post, requiring you to carry out your duties with professionalism and attention to detail. You will interact with personnel and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the company's values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $24.60 / Hour - Secret 

                 $29.00 / Hour - Top Secret 

                 $38.38 / Hour - Yankee White 

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and observing for any unusual conditions.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to personnel and visitors.
• Document and report any incidents, observations, or suspicious activities according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Must have an Active Texas Armed Security License. 
• An active Department of Defense Clearance is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age. 
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
