As a Security Officer - Cleared Armed Patrol in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As an Armed Patrol Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence. This armed post requires you to conduct routine patrols and interact with personnel and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will be responsible for responding to situations as they arise, always acting with integrity and professionalism. Pay Rate: $24.60 / Hour - Secret 

                 $29.00 / Hour - Top Secret 

                 $38.38 / Hour - Yankee White 

Job Schedule:

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by following security procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the aerospace and defense location, including both interior and perimeter areas.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and help to deter unauthorized access or breaches within the facility.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as required during incidents or emergencies.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to evolving situations in a high-security environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Texas Armed Security Officers License.
• Must have Armed Designation as required for the position.
• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet AU Driver Policy requirements.
• Must hold a Level III Armed Certification for Texas positions.
• Must have an active Department of Defense Secret or higher Clearance.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
