Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of an Armed Security Shift Supervisor.
The Armed Security Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. An Armed Security Shift Supervisor acts as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. They supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
Pay: $17.50 / Hour
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Healthcare Security Shift Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and oversight of security services to the healthcare facility, patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner during their assigned shift. The primary responsibility is to supervise on-duty security professionals who prevent crime and provide order and control during the shift within the boundaries of their assigned post. The shift supervisor acts as a liaison between the healthcare account manager, on-site clinical management, Allied Universal leadership, and the on-duty security professionals. The position is responsible for initial investigation of incidents occurring during their shift and is responsible for all appropriate reports and forms. This position reports to the healthcare account manager and is responsible to communicate any incident management events, emergency events, security professional incidents and events and client requests that exceed routine duties as set forth in the SOPs to the healthcare account manager.
