Starting Pay: $18.14 per hour
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Onboarding Specialist to join our small but dynamic office in Wichita. This role is all about giving new hires the best first impression of Allied Universal by leading our New Employee Orientation (NEO) sessions.
Since this location hosts a limited number of orientations each week, the position will also include general office support duties, which will be discussed further during the interview.
Prepare for NEO sessions (welcome kits, drug test kits, laptops, etc.)
Lead orientation sessions and walk new hires through key information
Verify identification and complete I-9 documentation
Administer drug tests
Start onboarding in our applicant system (iCIMS)
Ensure all required digital forms (iForms) are complete
Enter and update new hire data in our systems (WinTeam)
Assist with processing rehires and direct deposit info
Support with day-to-day office duties when NEO is not in session
You help set the tone for a new employee's career at Allied Universal
You ensure compliance, accuracy, and a smooth start for every hire
You play a key role in keeping the office organized and running efficiently
