In this role, you will serve as a visible deterrent to theft, enforce store policies, and help ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees. This position requires individuals with a strong presence, exceptional situational awareness, and strict adherence to non-engagement protocols.
As a Retail Security Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols, monitoring for suspicious activity, responding professionally to incidents, and working closely with store management. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in security, along with a background in law enforcement or military service. Professionalism, accountability, and a calm demeanor under pressure are essential.
