We are seeking a professional, experienced Part-Time Flex Security Officer to support various shifts in the downtown Chicago area. This position is ideal for someone with 2–5+ years of security experience who thrives in customer-facing environments and can adapt quickly to different building protocols.

Compensation: USD $18.50 / Hour

Schedule Details:
Shifts Available: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Overnight
Workdays: Monday – Sunday (must be flexible and available across all days)
Provide a visible, professional security presence at client sites.
Perform access control duties, monitor CCTV, and respond to incidents.
Deliver excellent customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors.
Complete detailed incident and shift reports.
Support multiple posts and cover various shifts as needed.
Must be 21 years or older
2–5+ years of prior security experience required
Strong customer service background is essential
Must be comfortable working in professional settings
Flexible availability including overnight and weekend shifts
Ability to maintain a polished, professional appearance
Must be dependable, punctual, and quick to adapt to changing assignments

The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. A Security Flex Officer acts as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions and detect and report suspicious, unsafe or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may be a threat to the property, clients, guests or employees at the site.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Driving Positions: must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.
